We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with your EM Direct experience.  We never anticipate any of our products returning but, if you need to return/replace a item please read below.

 

All EM Direct purchases come with a 30 Day Guarantee from shipping date.  Our Return Policy is simple and easy.  All purchases come with return shipping labels located in the item packaging.  We will gladly exchange your item for a similiar item, Gift Card for purchased value or full refund.  While most items are covered by our 30 Day Guarantee, please read our return guidelines.

 

Damaged, Defective or Misshipped Items

The item music be shipped back using the Return Shipping Label.  The item may be exchanged for identical product or purchased valued gift card.  (Note: Shipping with Return Lable will eliminate your cost of shipping.  Any other shipping methods will be solely the responsibility of the purchaser.)

 

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

All returned items music be "new condition' items with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.  If you are returning a item listed below, please make sure all requirements are met before being shipped:

 

*Electronic Items (ex. iPad) - Must Be Unopened
*CDs, DVDs, Games or Software - Must Be Unopened
*Books - Must be in original condition
*No personalized items may be returned

 

If the items is incorrect or damaged refuse the delivery and you will received a full refund.  Once the item has been accepted it will be assumed correct and good working condition.  Any issues that arise after that must be resolved through manufacturers warranty.

 

Returned item(s) may void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on item.

 

For your protection & benefit, please send your return item using the return label located in the item packaging.  Using the return lable will help us better track your return.  If you decide to use another shipping method it's solely at your discretion and we are not liable for it's return or refund.

 

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.  If credit cannot be issued to your credit card or gift card, a check will be issued

 

EM Direct reserves the right to not authorize exchanges or returns for any reason.  This policy are subject to change and modification at any time, with or without notice.
